Clever and adaptive Coyotes flourish over much of northern
America. Impart of their keen hunting and foraging skills. These
adaptable animals will eat almost anything. They hunt rabbits,
rodents, fish, frogs, and dine on insects, snakes, fruit, grass and
carrion. Sometimes killing live stock as well as pets.
Coyotes form strong family groups and in spring females den and
give birth to three to twelve pups. They have a life span of up to
twelve years.
